How To Cook Easy Potato Puree

Well, this article is basically for people like me who want to cook good food minus all the hassles... Hope you guys enjoy it!!!!

Its pretty easy.... First you grate the boiled potatoes finely into a mixing bowl. Then, add some salt, crushed black pepper and paprika powder according to individual taste. Add the cream and butter and if you want a hint of cream cheese for an added cheesy flavour. Mix well with a fork. If you want to use it as a dip for chicken/fish nuggets/fingers, you can add chopped fresh or dry herbs to the puree too as per your choice.

Things you might need

3-4 large Hollandaise potatoes(boiled in salt water), Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika powder, Fresh cream, Cream cheese( optional),Melted Butter, Fresh or dried herbs(optional).

How-to Extra Advice

If you want your puree to taste richer and creamier, opt for thickened cream ad add more butter to the puree.
