In this clip from Vogue television show "60 Seconds to Chic" make-up artist, Tony Surratt, demonstrates three looks: bare and natural, evening circa 1940s, and the smoky eye.
The second look is my favorite. Red lips with a touch of meticulously applied black eyeliner will never go out of style.
Things you might need
You will need black eyeliner, a shadow brush, and some bright red lipstick to get this artist's evening look.
