At a luau people are expected to sit back, relax, have fun, and eat hearty. With drums thumping and hips gyrating in grass skirts, guests laugh and enjoy themselves like never before. Leis, tropical fruit, orchids, spicy pork, and colorful Hawaiian prints create a backdrop that says Hawaiian luau. Begin by jotting down everything you can think of that has to do with Hawaii.
